CUYAHOGA COUNTY, Ohio -- Bay Village police continued to raise warnings about a phone scam in which the caller poses as a Microsoft tech support worker. Residents throughout the county said they've been receiving such calls for months, or even years.

Police identified this man as Jemaal Lamont Whitehead of Newport News. Whitehead is charged with one felony count of grand larceny in connection with a phone stolen in Western Branch, Chesapeake. The photo was captured with the Track Viewer app.
